Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products offered on this site being of a customised nature we have a no returns policy in place for products purchased on this site. Please see below for exceptions to the no returns policy.

Oops! You've made an error

For any personalised/customised laser cut products, dreamaDesign Limited will not be held responsible for any misspelling of names entered by the customer at point of ordering/purchasing. If the customer has noticed a misspell after their order has been placed, they have 24 hours to get in touch with dreamaDesign Limited, by replying in writing/email to the order receipt with the corrected details. After this time we will endeavour to correct the error, however if the order has already been produced, or designed, a recharge of either the full product value or partial product value will be required. Full or Partial value will be decided upon as to what stage in production your order is currently at.

Items Covered By Returns Policy

To make a claim that fits the below criteria, please notify us in writing (e-mail) with your name, order number, and photographs of the affected item(s). Contact must be made within 48 hours of proof of delivery for customised or personalised products, or 5 days for standard/non-customised options.

dreamaDesign made an error with your order

We get it, we're all human. If a fault is found with an item that is found to be made by dreamaDesign Limited (ie. wrong material/name etc), we will rectify the situation and create a replacement.
We will cover all shipping costs in this instance, and issue a courier return bag if applicable to the item affected if we wish the faulty item to be returned to us.
Failure to return the faulty item to us when requested, will mean we will issue an invoice for 100% of the non-returned items value, as non-returned items will be considered as theft, unless we state otherwise (ie. instructions to destroy the faulty item).

If an item is damaged in transit

Couriers are human, and sometimes damages occur. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of the item (this will be taken from tracking information) to state whether any damage has occurred to the item, along with photographs of the packaging, and product. A replacement item will be issued on assessment of the written statement and photographs supplied in accordance to our courier partners damaged parcel policy.

Non-Customised or Non-Personalised Items

If the item in question, is also not customised/personalised, and is in 100% original unused condition, we will offer and exchange the affected product, at our discretion.
We will not offer returns or exchanges on change of mind items, or clearance items.
Contact must be made in writing, with photographs and a reason for wanting a return.
